Our FREE TO PLAY Physical Education classes are a NEXT LEVEL developmental experience for students 7 - 18 years old.
We offer classes within the semester’s curriculum that focus on mastering fundamental movement skills to encourage daily activity and improve physical fitness development. Each class provides a variety of FUN, technical challenges and strategies that develops physiological components of strength, power, stability, mobility, conditioning, agility, and balance through body awareness. A movement IQ profile is created for each student to chart growth, progress, and develop confidence through the encouragement of success with our weekly testing
Weekly class sessions are progressively technical in skill set, encouraging and inspiring constant growth in confidence and physical abilities. Students will grow their knowledge and understanding (age appropriate) in human anatomy and physiology with weekly learning opportunity lessons (PDF’s). A video menu and calendar are provided for every student to perform outside of class gatherings at home for further mastering of physical education curriculum.
